The Company
IntelliGuard is the leading provider of DDoS protection systems. The IntelliGuard DPS series provide comprehensive DDoS protection, while the complementary Reporting Server provides full-featured reporting for historical network views of traffic flows and incidents. IntelliGuard is a VC-backed, privately held company that has been developing DDoS protection technologies since 2004. Company headquarters are in Melbourne, Australia, with offices in Hong Kong, Beijing, and Seoul.

Albert Yuen - Business development director Asia Pacific
Asia-Pacific operations are managed by Albert Yuen who has 10 years sales and marketing experience with multi-national telecommunications companies throughout North America and Asia-Pacific. He received his first class honors in Computer Engineering at Simon Fraser University in Canada where he won his Deans of Physics scholarship and an MBA degree from HKUST. He has experience in software development in North America, and marketing and business development in Asia as Business Development Manager for Agilent Technologies in Hong Kong. |

Ken Baker - General Manager
Australian operations are managed by IntelliGuard’s founder, Ken Baker, who for the past 30 years has built businesses, managed multi-million dollar projects, and co-ordinated professional management teams. He has built and led teams all his life, and taught Multi-disciplinary Organization and Project Management for the master’s degree in the Graduate School of Environmental Science at Monash University. |

John Nakulski Overall product development and marketing is managed by John Nakulski, who has extensive experience with Agilent Technologies in various Marketing and Management roles responsible for the marketing strategy, product marketing, sales programs planning and implementation for switch/router and network security device test products. |

Yu Deng - Director of Sales, China Sales operations in China are managed by Yu Deng. Yu has extensive experience managing sales operations throughout China for MessageSoft, a spam filtering company that achieved nationwide success within two years. |

Stephen Kim – Director of Sales, Korea Stephen graduated with a Master of Engineering degree from Seoul National University majoring in Computer Engineering, worked as a software engineer for Daewoo Telecom, project manager for Raonet Systems and was the appointed as CEO of Torinet Systems specializing in Web Firewall Systems from 2003 to 2007 before establishing his own company Mujin Systems specializing in Internet Security which is now a key IntelliGuard partner in Korea. |

Dr. David Powell - CTO IntelliGuard's technical team is led by Dr David Powell, a computer scientist with deep knowledge of statistical analysis, problem solving, internet protocols, and Linux networking, who has previously worked on parallel algorithm implementations, database systems, network monitoring software, algorithm research, and Linux kernel modules. |

Dr. Tao Peng - Chief Research Scientist Tao is a recognized network security expert who has presented at security conferences worldwide and provided security consulting services to the Australian Federal Government. He was awarded a PhD from the University of Melbourne for his thesis on DDoS which then formed the basis for IntelliGuard's anti-DDoS product. |

Doron Ben-Meir Doron is a founding partner and Chief Executive of Prescient Venture Capital, a Melbourne based venture capital firm focused on investments in early to expansion stage technology based opportunities. Prior to founding Prescient, Doron was a principal with Jagen Pty Ltd, a family office with substantial private equity and venture capital investments. Doron has personally founded five technology based businesses and has helped build and manage several others as either Chief Executive or through non-executive board participation. |

Professor Rao Kotagiri Rao is Professor of Computer Science at Melbourne University. He is recognized as a world expert in large scale data-base systems and for his contributions to intelligent data-bases, intrusion detection, load balancing and data mining. He is a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Science and a program committee member of more than 30 international conferences and a steering committee member of IEEE International Conference on Data Mining. |

Darren Reed A founding IntelliGuard shareholder, internet security consultant, author of the famous IPFilter firewall engine software, and current Sun Microsystems employee, Darren is a highly regarded internet security consultant with an international reputation for development of security software, broad industry experience, and exceptional design and programming skills. |

Pete Yandell Pete is an entrepreneurial systems architect who devised the initial architecture for IntelliGuard's DPS and led the early technical development. He has extensive product development having built a team of 20 people in Australia and the USA as lead technology architect at Sharinga Networks where he helped secure AT&T and British Telecom as its major investors, resulting in substantial profits for its investors. |
